The completed exterior. I used a thick acetate cover, then the KI Sheer Delight just inside:

You can see in this pic that the cover is actually a touch bigger than the interior pages. This was easy to do with the measuring grid in SCAL and Dan's separate file for the cover.

And here is the shot of the KI Sheer Delight, cut with SCAL and Cricut Expression. It cut smooth as butter. 3 passes, first two were at low speed, medium pressure. Last pass was low speed, high pressure. I find that when I'm cutting thicker materials with the Cricut, it helps to use low pressure to slice the groove, then switch to high. I get a clean cut that way, less burrs/fuzzy edges.

The cover is a thicker acetate (not quite as thick as acylic). I did use the Cricut+SCAL to cut a blade mark, but it was clear after two passes that the Cricut couldn't cut through without causing damage, so I used the blade marks to trim with regular kitchen scissors.
I hope to start doing some of the interior pages this week. (I told you I was a slow scrapper!)
